Xochitl Lopez Ayala

After moving to Alaska 14 years ago to attend university, Xochitl fell in love with the state. She has her  “Clark Kent” day job of Managing Store Sale Operations for the largest Telecommunications company in Alaska. After work She channels “superman” and is involved in several volunteer roles to advocate for Social, Racial and Reproductive Justice.

She was raised in the heart of Los Angeles on occupied Tongva lands by her hardworking parents and since then her drive for adventure has allowed her to have lived and worked across this beautiful state of Alaska. She now resides on Dena’ina lands in Homer with her spouse, Don, and their 2 lovable dogs.
